Have a new skin issue but cannot wait for an appointment? The DermNow offers specialized dermatologic care and prompt treatment for skin irritations and concerns for patients ages 1 year and up.

No appointment or referral needed; however, it is your responsibility to ensure we are in network with your insurance. We also have a cash pay option for $150 per visit. That’s why Southern Dermatology offers DermNow walk-in clinic, where we provide patients with immediate care to treat those unscheduled skin complications!

Overview

Southern Dermatology is a full service dermatology clinic with board-certified Dermatologists and dermatologic physician assistants and nurse practitioners. We have now opened DermNow, which is a first-come, first-serve dermatology urgent care clinic. No appointment is required and we can use your insurance if you are in network with our clinic.

No insurance? No problem! You can be seen for $150 for a basic visit. If a procedure is required you may incur an additional cost. We will let you know prior to any additional procedures being performed.

DermNow (for ages 1 year and up)

Tuesday 7:30am – 3:00pm
Wednesday 7:30am – 3:00pm
Friday 7:30am – 1:00pm

We will process your insurance. You must bring your ID and insurance card. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in network with Southern Dermatology. We can help check your eligibility in office.

We also have cash pay options:
Standard DermNow office visit without insurance: $150

Extras:
Biopsy or removal of mole/skin lesion: $150
Injection of acne or cyst: $75

When to Visit Us

DermNow is designed to treat acute skin issues and any patient seeking chronic medical condition management will be referred to our Dermatology practice for a schedule appointment. Issues that are appropriate for DermNow include but not limited to new cysts, inflamed cysts, new rashes, medication reactions, poison ivy, acne breakouts, new skin itching, allergic reactions of the skin, a new changing skin lesion, irritated skin tags and more!
