I gave blood at Shepherd Blood because they gave out a voucher for 10 units of Botox. I got my 10, she said that 20 would make a bigger difference. I waited a month to see results. Nothing. I went back and got 30 units. Nothing, absolutely nothing. I was told that my lines were too deep. I’ve had Botox before and it worked. All of my friends couldn’t believe that I didn’t have results. So, I called and made an appointment with Dr. Brown. She also said that it would take time to be able to see results. She injected Daxxify and didn’t charge me. Again no results whatsoever. I’m not sure if it is the products they use or the technique, but none of the injections they gave me ever did anything.I’m so disappointed. I’ve had 80 units in my 11 lines and forehead with no results. Not even a little.

The care that you recieve is excellent. The doctors and nurses were informative and really make the patient feel cared about. I have a chronic skin condition and this is the first time that Ive been given this much information and felt like there would be a solution... and the solution is working. They really tried to get to the bottom of my problem. The downside is that getting anyone to call you back is like pulling teeth. I'm having to leave work to go ask a question because for weeks no one will call back or respond to my voicemails. Also, what you're told you will be charged and what you're actually charged are always two different things. The care is excellent so I will still probably continue to go.

My daughter came for a visit for acne and it is working as well. The office staff is pleasant. They greet you when you come in and are super helpful when checking out. Im here now for my first visit and am excited.

I have been seeing Dr. Brown at Southern Vanity for Botox for a few years now and there is no one else I would trust as much as I do her. She is very knowledgeable with her explanations and answers any and all questions I have. Her staff is also very friendly and booking is always seamless with their online booking system.

Southern Dermatology staff is always friendly, pleasant and helpful. Dr Brown is amazing. Thorough, talented and knowledgeable, she takes the time to listen to my thoughts. I really appreciate that there's never an attempt to oversell, and I leave feeling that the subtle, meticulous changes she's accomplished make me look as healthy on the outside as I feel on the inside!

A friend of mine suggested this med spa to me and more I'm glad I tried it out! This place was fantastic. Easy to get an appointment and Dr. Brown takes her time to talk through all of your questions. Educational (I ask a LOT of questions) and great services offered. I never felt pressured to 'do more' than I was comfortable with either. Highly recommend.

Dr.Brown was nothing short of amazing. She was flexible when I was scheduled for a consult she actually still did my procedure. She drew my blood and I have never had a doctor draw my blood and believe me I am a hard stick. Most importantly she was informative and personal. The entire staff was very pleasant and let me not forget I loved the radio station they had playing super nostalgic.

Dr. Brown was professional, listened closely to the results I wanted, and provided me with the utmost care. I can not recommend her and her team enough! Being a Certified Dermatologist is HUGE in this fast growing industry, and her work proves it!! Two thumbs up 👍👍
