Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using southerndermatology.us (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Not medical advice

The content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not contact us through the Site for emergencies.

No physician-patient relationship

Use of the Site does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Southern Dermatology or any of its providers. That relationship is established only when you are seen at one of our offices and accept us as your dermatologist.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site in a manner that places undue load on our servers
• Submit information through forms that is false, misleading, or sent on behalf of someone else without authorization
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content
• Reproduce, copy, or republish content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, logos, design, and the underlying code — is the property of Southern Dermatology or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Southern Dermatology name and logo are trademarks of Southern Dermatology. Other trademarks referenced on the Site (such as third-party booking and payment widget providers) belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

The Site embeds third-party services including the EZScheduler booking widget and the EZDerm payment widget. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties.

External links

The Site may link to external websites — including Google Maps, social media profiles, and our cosmetic practice at Southern Vanity. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

Patient communications

Do not send protected health information or urgent medical concerns through the Site's contact form. The contact form is for general inquiries only. For medical communication, use the phone numbers listed on the Site or your patient portal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Southern Dermatology and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
